EXCHANGING OF THE GUARDS - Canadian National Exhibition
'EXCHANGING OF THE GUARDS'
SIMPLY HILARIOUS
AND COMICAL ACT!
AMAZING, ENTERTAINING
& AMUSING PARODY
FOR THE YOUNG & OLD!
This year at the CNE, two internationally renowned show
creators perform daily at the C.N.E.
Don't miss the "Ex-Changing of the Guards' that takes place at the entrance to the 'The Farm' building, opposite the Queen Elizabeth Theatre near the Arts Crafts & Hobbies Bldg.
This interactive, original show from Unity Productions debuted in Epcot Center in 2001. This comedic gem has been entirely updated and enhanced, giving CNE audiences the first look at a show that surely is the talk of the fair.
Creative Director Serge Dulac, known worldwide for his unique brand of entertainment, will perform side-by-side with his son, Lucas Dulac. Legendary French actor and comic, Philippe Elno, who collaborated with Serge in creating this show in 2001, will lend his wit and unmatched comedic timing as the 3rd guard. Many surprises await you at this world premiere event. Don't forget your camera!
And just in case you are watching this royal parody of the 'changing of the guard' from a close distance, be prepared - there's every chance of you being surprised as being recruited instantaneously as the fourth guard!

WHERE HAVE ALL THE STRAWBERRY FIELDS GONE?
where, for many years, strawberries grew.
In
the meantime, my curiosity grew as well, to know and find out more about the
enchanting strawberry fields that the folks around the countryside said were
once cultivated around the area not very long ago. They said that people came
from far and near to pick their own strawberries during the harvesting season.
And so I set forth in my quest to find out more about the strawberry fields, and was finally surprised, and sad at the same time, in coming to terms about the reality - that my new housing community stands in the very same place where those much spoken about fields and strawberries once grew.
Sadly though the strawberries and the strawberry fields weren't meant to be there for ever!
Sadly though the strawberries and the strawberry fields weren't meant to be there for ever!
The vast fields gave way to real estate
and new homes sprung up everywhere
and that is where my new home stands.
And the strawberry fields are gone forever.
So then
Where have all the Strawberries gone?
and that is where my new home stands.
And the strawberry fields are gone forever.
Ironically, this new community development is called Strawberry Fields.
So then
Where have all the Strawberries gone?
(Sing to the tune of the timeless classic: Where have all the flowers gone?)
Where have all the berries
gone?
Long time passing
Where have all the berries
gone?
Long time ago
Where have all the berries
gone?
Gone to Real Estate
every one
When will they ever
learn?
When will they ever
learn?
Where have all the
Estates gone?
Long time passing
Where have all the Estates
gone?
Long time ago
Where have all the Estates
gone?
Gone to new folks
everyone
When will they ever
learn?
When will they ever
learn?
Where have all the new
folks gone?
Long time passing
Where have all the new
folks gone?
Long time ago
Where have all the
new folks gone?
Gone to new places
every one
When will they ever
learn?
When will they ever
learn?
Where have all the new
places gone?
Long time passing
Where have all the new
places gone?
Long time ago
Where have all the new
place gone?
Gone new buyers everyone
When will they ever
learn?
When will they ever
learn?
Where have all the new
buyers gone?
Long time passing
Where have all the new
buyers gone?
Long time ago
Where have all the
new buyers gone?
Gone to new fields
everyone
When will they ever
learn?
When will they ever
learn?
Where have all the
new fields gone?
Long time passing
Where have all the new
fields gone?
Long time ago
Where have all the
new fields gone?
Gone to Strawberries
everyone.
When will they ever
learn?
When will they ever
learn?

The Clouds of Caledon
'I REALLY DON'T KNOW CLOUDS'
- AT ALL -
The more I love them - the more I photograph them,
They fascinate me, they puzzle me,
They change constantly,
But will I know them some day?
The more I love them - the more I photograph them,
They fascinate me, they puzzle me,
They change constantly,
But will I know them some day?
But now they only block the sun
They rain and snow on everyone
So many things I would have done
But clouds got in my way
I've looked at clouds from both sides now
It's cloud illusions I recall
I really don't know clouds at all
Lyrics from a song by
Joni Mitchell
'Both Sides Now'
