My name is Alyn. I'm writing this email to you as I wish you could understand my awful experience with AirAsia. I'm a Big member and eligible to pre-booking of the latest AirAsia free seats promotion. Yesterday was the pre-booking and I've booked the flight to Korea, Seoul (ICN) (booking num: LYDMJF) at RM658 roundtrip per pax (exclusive of baggage, insurance, meals) in the morning. Right after successful payment, I've checked again the flight ticket for the same flight period as I booked earlier but the price incredibly changed to RM 518/ RM 558 roundtrip per pax. I'm so upset and can't believe that I paid more for the same period. Why has the price varied so much for the same period and same timing? I can't even spot the RM 658 that I booked earlier. Was it a gimmick? It seemed to me now that AirAsia doesn't have the integrity in providing good and fair service to the public. This was not the first time I bought tickets from AirAsia and I've been trusted this airline all these while. This awful experience made me doubt if I'll be choosing AirAsia moving forward.
